i recently rewatched the little prince, and i have only read the book some years ago so i don’t have extensive knowledge about it. but i do know the main plot is about how we never truly grow up, and we’re all just grown kids.
that was honestly beautiful to hear.
the way that the movie frames innocence and the world around us made me really open my eyes to the way everything is. i probably wouldn’t do the best to describe the way that The Little Prince does a wonderful job in allowing us to be in the moment, and fully enjoy reality. i think i mostly just want others to consider it, honestly its a super refreshing take on the world! below i’ll link some videos you can watch about this topic, most of them are video essays.
